How much does a commercial build-out cost?
There is no standard price — a commercial build-out is quoted after someone reviews the actual space and scope. Wilson General Contracting provides a free, written, no-obligation estimate.
Cost on a build-out swings widely on things that are invisible from a floor plan: the condition of the existing shell, how much mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is needed, whether the space has sprinklers, what the landlord is providing, and the finish level you want.
A restaurant build-out and a retail build-out of identical square footage can differ substantially, because commercial kitchen equipment, grease interceptors and ventilation carry costs a retail fit-out does not.
Anyone quoting a firm number before seeing your space and your drawings is guessing. Wilson reviews the scope first, then provides the estimate in writing so you can compare it line by line.
