Answers /Process & timeline

What are the stages of a construction project?

Four: consultation and estimate, then design and permitting, then construction, then a final walkthrough and handover.

Consultation and estimate — the scope, goals and budget are reviewed, and you receive a clear written estimate at no cost.

Design, engineering coordination and permitting — plans are developed and permits processed so approvals do not stall the job.

Construction — licensed crews build to spec, with regular updates and site safety standards maintained throughout.

Walkthrough and handover — a final walkthrough with you, any punch-list items addressed, and the site cleaned before handover.
