What is included in a free estimate?
A written breakdown of the work, based on a review of your scope, drawings and site. It carries no obligation and no cost.
Wilson reviews what you want done, the condition of the space, and any drawings you already have, then puts the estimate in writing.
A written estimate matters more than a verbal number: it lets you compare contractors on the same basis, and it makes clear what is and is not included before anyone signs anything.
