Retail showroom build-out for 7th Avenue, the modular sofa brand, at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, California. This project is defined by its architectural finish work: herringbone oak flooring, custom slat-wood feature walls, white panel moulding, a coffered ceiling and brass lighting throughout the showroom, from ring chandeliers to picture lights over the moulding. Wilson General Contracting executed the interior to create a warm, upscale setting that complements the furniture displays without competing with them.

At the exterior, the glass storefront, black-framed entrance portal and illuminated 7th Avenue signage give the showroom a distinctive presence on Broadway Plaza.
