Amerino Gelato — Livermore Outlets, CA

Retail tenant improvement for Amerino Gelato at the Livermore Outlets in Livermore, California, following the shop from the construction stage through completion. The build-out brought together the customer-facing gelato counter, the interior layout, finish work and architectural elements that give the shop its finished appearance. Wilson General Contracting coordinated the work to deliver an inviting retail environment that supports the Amerino concept while making efficient use of a compact outlet-mall space.

Food-service retail in a shopping center combines two kinds of work: the retail storefront and finishes shoppers see, and the back-of-house plumbing, electrical and equipment connections a dessert shop runs on. Wilson self-performs electrical, plumbing, framing and drywall, so both halves of a project like this move on one schedule and one point of contact for the landlord's tenant coordinator. For retail build-outs and tenant improvements in Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin and the Tri-Valley, this is the kind of finished space Wilson delivers.
