Orangetheory Fitness — Davis, CA

Commercial interior build-out for Orangetheory Fitness in Davis, California, turning a leased commercial space into a dedicated group-training environment. The project emphasized an open, durable interior suited to the movement, equipment and repeated daily use of a fitness studio. The completed facility brings together practical construction and a streamlined appearance consistent with Orangetheory's recognizable fitness concept.

Davis sits at the northern edge of Wilson's service area, and the project was run the same way as the Orangetheory studio in Tracy: framing and drywall to the brand's floor plan, electrical and plumbing self-performed, and finishes installed to franchise specification. For gym and fitness-studio tenant improvements in Davis, Sacramento, Woodland and Yolo County, this build-out is a direct example of the finished product.
