Tenant improvement for an Orangetheory Fitness studio in Tracy, California, developed around the distinct needs of a high-energy group fitness facility. The work encompassed the reception and front-desk area, interior finishes and the main training floor, establishing a clear transition from the studio entrance into the workout environment. Wilson General Contracting delivered a durable, purpose-built interior that supports back-to-back classes and heavy daily traffic while keeping the energetic character of the Orangetheory brand.

Franchise fitness build-outs follow a brand standard, and the contractor's job is to hit that standard on the franchisor's timeline inside a leased shell. That means demolition and framing to the brand's floor plan, electrical for the studio's lighting and audio-visual systems, plumbing for restrooms and showers, and finishes chosen for wear. Wilson self-performs all of those trades from its base in Tracy, and this Tracy studio is one of two Orangetheory locations in Wilson's portfolio, alongside Davis.
